Starting a Club
If you do not find a club that aligns with your interests, you can start your own club by finding a teacher who can be an Advisor to your club. Once you have an advisor, then complete the next steps.
STEP 1: MHS Club Handbook
Please make sure to read through the MHS Club Handbook. This handbook may be updated from time to time. Notifications of updates will be shared with Club President and Clubs advisors via email.
STEP 2: Club Advisor Form
Please secure an advisor for your club. This is an indication that the Club Advisor understands their role in supporting you and the club for the school year.
STEP 3: Club Charter
A club charter must be completed EVERY YEAR for a club to be active. The charter presents your club to ASB to be approved as well as provides the most up to date information about the club.
STEP 4: Club Constitution
A club constitution only needs to be done ONCE annually. For the school year, all clubs will complete a constitution. This constitution is to outline the focus and process for the club and how it runs.
