If you have a job, are under the age of 18, and have not yet graduated, you need a work permit, with no exceptions. There is a 24-hour waiting period to receive your completed work permit!
All coursework taken outside of SCUSD to meet graduation requirements must be pre-approved . Only courses from accredited institutions that are UC/CSU-approved and transferable OR that meet the criteria listed on the reverse of this form will be approved. It is the family’s responsibility to research the institution and to ascertain transferability before signing up for a course.
